364: How to be a good husband

~Is your marriage like this ?~

Wife with THAT look:  “You are so childish !”

Husband:  “No, I am not.  Now get out of my fort !”

~Then follow my tips to save your marriage~

1:  A man who is about to get married must ensure that his future wife has really fallen for him before finalising the wedding.

2:   Make sure that your honeymoon is memorable.

3:   Always tell your wife that she is beautiful even when she is delicately applying a mud pack.

4:  When your wife asks you what coloured shoes she should wear, tell her that either looks wonderful on her.

5:  Your wife will be delighted every time you phone her unexpectedly.

6:   Impress your wife by your flat pack building skills.

7:  Your wife will be so happy with the ceiling fan you have just installed.

8:  Encourage your wife when she wants to keep fit.

9:  Designate a special area in your home for your wife to practice yoga.

10:  A good husband will do those labour intensive jobs such as cutting small logs for the log burner.

11:  Your wife will be so pleased that you take out the garbage every night.

12:  Your wife will love you for being so conscientious about recycling garbage.

13:  Always praise your wife for her parking skills.

14:  If your wife wants to help global warming by joining a car pool, be happy to let her.

15:  Be a gentleman and get the shopping cart for your wife.

16:  Let your wife go get that little extra item she wants.

17:  Encourage your wife to help you stay smart for her.

18:  If your wife cannot do something, praise her for trying, then encourage her to try again.

19:  Finally, be your wife’s best friend and keep her smiling.

Follow my tips and you will live happily ever after.

~I wonder what my cats are up to ?~

I heard that !!

Did I save your marriage ?

Or, if you are single, will you get married now ?

  2. My cats told me. 😉
I visited a Psychic who didn’t know I was coming. She charged me €1000 and I told her I had hidden it and only she could find it. She didn’t know the answer you wanted, but my cats did 😉 Ralph 🙂

    • I have no idea how to reply to your comment GP. I will have a go anyway. You are either too old to change, widower, divorced, single or you are stranded on a desert island with just a female coconut to nag you. One of those options should hit the mark my friend. Take care. Ralph 🙂

  10. The yoga photo is on a ship. That’s exactly what cruise ship bunks look like. They fold down out of the ceiling of some cabins so more than 2 people can sleep in the room.

    • Thanks LB for putting us straight as we weren’t sure whether the cabIn was on a train or a ferry. So cruise ship it is. Have a wonderful week my friend. Ralph xox ❤

  12. Believe it or not V and I will celebrate 24 years of wedded, if not bliss, then some of the above pictures might work. Not the yoga one or driving into a pond, or felling a tree on the house, or tripping up with a wheelbarrow. Okay, maybe none of those fit us. Our secret – I think, we put up with each other’s shortfalls and admire the stuff to be admired. So far it seems to be working. 🙂 xxx Oh yes, and he bought a gigantic x and o for our living room wall.
