My Worst Photography Experience Ever !

~So what went wrong~

Camera charged.  Ralph dressed up.  Off I went to watch the tiny carnival procession in my local Spanish village.  On my return I transferred the 35 photographs into my laptop and *sigh* not one came out any sense.  Do I delete them ?  No !  You know me, I’ll have fun with them at the expense of the eyes of my readers.  I am very kind like that !

BTW my eyesight is bad and it wasn’t caused by looking at THESE photographs  😉

~Horsing around~

~Food for thought~

~Puzzling this !~

What is this photograph all about ?  Is it (a) or (b) ?  I will give you the answer further down this post.

What do you think created these abysmal photographs ?  Is it >>>

1.  The tuition I have been given by the photographic Mistress Master Pelly who sometimes uses a blur technique.

….. or is it ? >>>>

2.  The photographs were taken at the point where day met night and my camera had a nervous breakdown not knowing whether to flash or not.

3.  My hands shook too much.

4.  The planetary rotation of the Earth was affected at the same instant I took each photograph by the jumping up and down and pulling out of hair by readers of my latest blog post.

~The flying circus~

Our small Spanish village does not have a Zika Virus mosquito problem, but what would happen if it did ?

The mosquitoes would be driven insane by a very enthusiastic out of tune marching band.

The village scientists drowning themselves in wine and whiskey would come up with the ultimate solution of mosquito eradication.

The correct answer is (a), not (b), but could be a (C cup).

At this point in the post I probably only have one reader left.  Here she is !

You can restore your eyesight by looking at the brilliant photographs of our Spanish village feria by visiting Jose Manuel Bujalance Palma in Facebook.

Have you ever had a photographic disaster ?

~Next post~

You won’t believe this.  In fact I don’t believe this.  My good for nothing black cat Sonic who sleeps all day, complains bitterly when not petted or fed on time and keeps me awake as I am just dropping off to sleep at night has just received a love letter !  Yes, a love letter !  Heck, I’ve never ever received a love letter !  Do you want to read it ?  Okay, I will show it to you in my next post including what Samantha has fallen in love with.

Oh boy !

Have you ever received a love letter ?

BTW if by some miracle I do receive email love letters from you.  When I have picked myself up after fainting I will publish them including your avatar and links to your blog.  I am kind like that.  I may even reply in a desperate sort of way 😀

  1. I don’t know what caused the blurry photos, but it was refreshing to see them. Most photos I see are like a professional took them, and me with my phone’s camera just never compares. Love your posts, Ralph! 🙂

  2. Ralph, you always make something good out of something bad! Yep, the photographs were refreshingly funny! Nicely done. Now if you want love letters, are you going to publish your e-mail address? In competition with smart, coniving Samantha? Watch out! 💛 Christine Elizabeth

    • Hello Christine Elizabeth 😀 ( have you changed your name again ? )
That’s probably a good idea of yours to publish my email address even though it’s at the bottom of my sidebar.
Thank you for being so kind in your comment about this post my friend.
Have a lovely Saturday. Ralph xox ❤

  4. I sure enjoy yours posts. My camera has an “anti-shake” feature and I still manage to blur photos more often than I like, especially if the object/person in question is in motion.

Amazing, isn’t it ? The cameras are all singing and dancing nowadays, but somehow humans have the expertise in screwing things up big time. One good thing, your comment is not blurred my friend.

  5. Your photos stand out in a crowd of Internet pretend to be candid shots. Very refreshing %>. Seems as though you are in a town of fun people. 8). I was in south Miami last week and did not see one mosquito. They must all be hanging out in that one north Miami neighborhood. We are safe!! Careful no mosquitoes get scanned and emailed. Would hate for you to get a virus. 8)8)

    Liked by 2 people

    • Hi Katie 😀
Thank you so much my friend for being so candid. Lovely.
I am so pleased that you were well away from that virus area in Miami. It is very strange that the virus is in just a few blocks. Must be the deodorant the locals are wearing 😉
There is not a lot of money floating around in this Spanish village and with next to nothing the locals put on quite a show. The marching band had to be imported from another village as a local druggy toe rag broke into a storeroom in the local Town Hall, stole all the instruments of the local band, crushed them and sold them as scrap a few months ago. Even so the Carnival organisers put on quite a show for the villagers.
lol. I am safe from viruses as I have on my laptop Mosquitobites … ummm … Malwarebytes 😎
Have a lovely weekend my friend. Ralph xox ❤

For some unknown reason Wackyleaks exposed this post to the world as it just happened to be mixed in with Clinton’s emails. So, I suppose you are going to dump me as I was a bad boy for doing such a thing. 😉

  12. LMAO. Keep having disasters Ralpha, they make for the best pics with your captions. I have photo disasters all the time, spesh after a glass of vino. As for cameras, I have written off 3 this year alone and am now down to a budget effort. I fell up the stairs with it the other day but it seems to have recovered.

  15. You never even considered that the camera might be bolloxed meaning it’s nothing to do with you at all, it will have to do with your wallet though!
I’m guessing that if it was day to night scenario then it needed a little longer to focus perhaps, but what do I know, I’m an eejit 🙂

    Liked by 2 people

    • Actually you are not such an eejit as you make yourself out to be Juls. The camera is old and I don’t think that the flash is working the way it should. SO I may have to buy a new one. One that sings and dances, oh, and takes photographs as well with just a single press of a button. Anything more gets complicated as I like to be simple. No change there then.
      I learn a lot from you, don’t I my friend ?
      Take care. Ralph xox ❤

      • I got my Dad one that had anti shake cos he’s an eejit too, so look out for it, he thought it helped. I think you can get Ines that sing and dance, now that would be funny. Just don’t drop it on China cat lol

        Liked by 1 person

      • Oh no, I would never hear the last of it if I was to drop a new camera on China Cat Juls !
That’s a great idea to get a camera with an Aunty Sheikh facility. If only my hands would let me write that down after pressing an Aunty Sheikh button in my wrist 😀 ❤

  16. Absolutely hilarious about Sonic and the loveletter! You bet I’m waiting for that next post! And LOL what’s up with those pictures? They were hard on the eyes too. Badly focused lens? Too much vino? LOL 🙂 xoxo

    Liked by 2 people

    • Heehee ! Yes, maybe I should have given my camera a glass of wine before I took it out to the parade. As for Sonic’s love letter, I am so jealous 😉 You will have to wait a few more days before reading what’s in it Debby. Can you wait that long ? I can !

    • You could be right Adele to blame it on the fairies. The Barcelona ones must be worse than here in southern Spain. At least mine came out, sort of. How awful to have nothing come out.

  19. That looked like a great party on the road, well, I blame the camera, it had too much Sangria to drink…. The Spanish know how to party, well you lot too really I had the impression!

    Liked by 1 person

    • I think you are probably right Ute. Too much sangria made the camera lens go squiffy. It probably had a hangover in the morning.
