Hairy Yeti

I just cut my hair in the bathroom.  How did it go ?  It was hairy.

Do you know a Yeti, or do you live with one ?

The Yeti in this post is not my girlfriend,  nor was she found on a dating agency. She is an image from a Goodle search and is not mine and I would hate to give her a wax if she was my girlfriend. 😉

  1. My dad rarely cuts his hair but when he does he does it like you do. In the bathroom. When my mom was living he would do this and it made my mom so mad. He was too cheap to get it done by a professional. Anyway, my mom died 3 years ago and he hasn’t had it cut since. I can hear her spinning in her grave! She hated long hair more than when he cut his hair in the bathroom!

    • Sorry to read about your mom Birdie and your dad not cutting his hair. I had arranged for Hilda, an English neighbour to cut my hair. She has a small holiday business and as it’s peak season she kept putting it off. In the end, although my hands are wonky I did it myself. Thanks for your story my friend. Ralph xox ❤

  2. I know this #YetiChic from #Goodle !
Careful Ralph, she’s not as gorgeous as she looks!

  3. Nice job on the hair cut, Ralph! Sonic & Samantha have a lot to say. Pretty smart cats you’ve got there. Regular blog models in the family. Have a great week. Christine

    • Thanks Christine. I hope that cats don’t read your comment or they’ll be demanding contracts 😉 Ralph xox ❤

  4. Are there no good haircut places where you live? I’ve found that a problem in my area since I moved a couple years ago. Where I used to live, go anywhere no problem, they all did a good job. There was a beauty school not far that must have done a good job teaching them. Where I live now doesn’t matter, anywhere I go, any “stylist” horrible haircut. I noticed a haircutting school in the next town over and figure that must be the ugly school where they all go to learn how to butcher people’s hair. Unfortunately I don’t think I have your talent for do-it-yourself haircuts.

    • Hi LB. lol. Love the school story.
The barbers here have two styles, reduce hair to bald or to half an inch. Anything else is beyond them. This is why my friend usually cuts it for me, but she has been too busy.

    • How did you know her name is Yikes ? She’s commonly known as Yeti Yikes. She’s naked ‘cos clothes and shoes don’t fit and she is always singing “Climb every mountain” .
Happy Tuesday Not my friend…..well, you are ! Ralph xox ❤

  6. The new shorter hairdo looks ‘cool’ and goes well with the casual look – shorts and short-sleeved shirt. Good for all your hot weather down there. The yeti poses so well – a nice addition to your great post, Ralph. Adorable Sonic and Samantha, as always – hope they didn’t try to eat the hair ball! lol. 🙂

    • As usual, you always write such a wonderful all round comment Millie. Thank you so much. Yours is the last comment for now. Yay ! So I am going outside to cool down. It’s midnight here and it’s been very hot (40C+) for many days and it seems it will continue like that for another couple of weeks. Late nights are lovely and cool though. Ralph xox ❤

  7. This post is awesome. I think you look a lot younger and rather spiffing with your new – less locks look. If you get a bit cold, you could always shave some hair off the yeti for use as a wig. A hairless body too – that is a young thing.

    • Yay, thanks Sandra. I am glad that you enjoyed this post. A Yeti wig is a good idea. Catching a Yeti is the problem 😉
I agree with you about a hairless body. I must admit I do prefer a more natural woman 😀 Ralph xox ❤

      • I don’t like hair on my arms and legs, I shave them every day. I prefer an asexual guy without hair on his chest too. Haven’t met the right one so far.

      • That’s funny. If you were in your twenties, a heteroromantic asexual, foreign and didn’t like nudity or sex – it may be a different story. Think it will take some finding in the universe. Until then I am staying happily single. A published author very soon.

      • Now I’m too young ! I’ll be 18 soon. 😉
Goodness knows what a “heteroromantic asexual” is. Something to do with pond life ?
        Stay happy Sandra ! 😀

      • Cheeky monkey – pond life. It mean I am attracted romantically to guys. So I like a romantic relationship without sex. I got asked out on a date by an 18 year old last year. (Sex in his dorm, did not appeal to me. Or a meal as an afterthought when I turned him down).

    • I was brave wasn’t I ? I must stop using the bendy fair ground mirror though. Happy Sunday Sylvia 😀 Ralph xox ❤

    • Heehee. Well it does look like a fur ball Binky. Daddy says thanks for the pawkisses. Love S, S and s xox ❤ ❤

  8. I feel sorry for that poor yeti, he’s getting treated abominably, in fact, he’s probably getting the cold-shoulder……lol 😀 😀

      • What can I say…..I’m nuts for animals, although; do I want to meet a yeti? Ummmmm, can I think about that, for a year-or-two? Take care sweets. Julie ❤ ❤
